  • Unlimited 24/7 365 days per year Stress Helpline. Once the employees call is taken they are always promptly replied to in the first instance by counselling psychologists or trained counsellors
  • Online emotional support service (realtime and email)
  • Face to face 1x1 Counselling sessions. These usually take place in the first instance in our counselling rooms at our premises in Blackpool or Preston.
