Combating Stress with Bodyworks:
The exact role of stress in causing illness has not been fully explained scientifically. However, in Complementary Medicine it is clear that stress weakens the immune system and reduces our ability to combat constant infection, exhausting the body over time. Often there is no one reason for developing stress-related symptoms, but more a case of lots of little things building up over time, until we reach the point where we cannot cope anymore. Indeed, some people thrive on stress and actually need a certain level to motivate them and get the best out of them. But for the majority of people, chronic, long-term stress is difficult for us to cope with and can be damaging to our health if left unresolved or untreated.

Combating Pain with Bodyworks:
Complementary Therapy is an effective option for the treatment of pain as well as reducing stress and improving general physical well being.
‘Bodyworks’ provides a free consultation service whereby each individual client is helped to identify their needs and we then recommend the most appropriate and suitable therapy to suit that individual need.
